LENASO has in place the Finance Policy and procedure manuals that are annually reviewed based on the need. The documents are used as the guiding tools for management of organizational and donor funds. The organization has the financial system in place. The accounting software used is Pastel and finance staff is well trained on the use of the package. The finance department currently has three staff members who are; the Finance Manager and the Finance Officer and Finance Assistant. They are all qualified accountants with experience in management of donor funds and they have undergone series of refresher trainings on financial management. The finance staff is supervised and supported by the Executive Director.
